I'm so afraid to love you, but I'm more afraid to lose.

so yesterday i got this lovely letter from belmont abbey saying my scholarship money has been revised.
now i have:
$1,950 from NCTLG
$16,000 from Benedictine scholarship (it use to be $14,000)
and $2,000 from the Oetgen Theater Scholarship

now that all my tuition is covered. my parents are glad because they just have to worry about room and board and books.

for once i actually attended a west fest with funny skits. the best skit had to be the one where david fuentes had a t-shirt on that said egg. and luke spangler, sean terranova, matt lee, and joey vegerano came out in white tshirts with tails. there was dramatic music and the "sperm" ran around chasing the "egg" it was the funniest thing ever. and i cant believe they got away with it.

4th quarter starts and all of a sudden tucker decided to give me hell. you see i dont have a travel period at all. and for some reason mrs. tucker thinks i can make it from career center to her class on time in 20 min. yea i can if i drove like a bat out hell. but im not risking a speeding ticket to get to her pointless class. you see not only do i have to avoid students walking in halls after 5th period at the CC but i have to walk to my car over at fo' tech community college. then there are these things called traffic lights that i got to stop for. then there is other traffic. its just not possible. and its not like i come into her class carrying starbucks or bojangles or something like that.

so 1st day of 4th quarter i came in a few minutes late. she sends me to the attendance office to get a note for why i am late. and why was i late? oh idk i dont have time?

next day.. i come into class late again, as i do everyday since day 1 of school, and i get a tardy slip. WTF!? i have done this everyday i come into your stupid class at 2 or 205 or something like that and now you want to pick a fight with me. this makes no sense.

so the next day i talk to my 5th period teacher about this stupid problem. he said he would write a note for me everyday so i wont get these pointless tardies, plus he is letting me leave 5 min. early everyday from his class as well.

and when i make it to her class on time she will say something like, "erin i really appreciate it that you are on time." i just want to tell her the only reason im on time to her class is because my 5th period teacher is nice enough to let me leave his class early. unlike you mrs. tucker.

if i have to take this to administration i will win, because i dont know what part of "no travel period" she doesnt understand, but she really is getting on my last nerve and it will be a miracle if i dont go off on her

this past weekend was my last cheerleading competition ever. it was at myrtle beach. and i went out with a spectacular bang. you see it was a 2 day competition. and after day 1 my team was in second place with a score of 73.3 and the first place team had 74.3. we were separated by one point. i was so mad when i found out we were in second not because we were in second but because the first place team didnt deserve to be in first. my team hit a nearly flawless routine (all the judges told us to fix were to point our toes when we jumped) and the other team had a stunt fall and some tumbling hit the floor. it just didnt make any sense. however after today we came back and stole first place from Carolina odessey. and it was glorious. i get to end my cheerleading career with an amazing first place win.

the only weird thing is i can no longer be considered a cheerleader...

i have been so busy this spring break. thankfully i didnt have any school work to do, i think?

saturday i spent my day at belmont abbey. i am really excited and ready to go to college.

sunday i went to church and hung out with sarah.

monday i spent the day with sarah because she got her wisdom teeth out. i was being her personal nurse.

tuesday was pretty much amazing i spent the day with Brittany hannah and Gina. i havent hung out with them in forever. it was much needed. and i missed being with just them.

wednesday sarah stephanie and i chilled for awhile. we basically showed stephanie where we go for prom and what not.

thursday i went to the zoo with sarah molly lizzy stephanie carly and jordan. it was great the animals were somewhat active. and the whole walking part wasnt that bad. and stephanie had to pull off this lie to her mom to be able to come. and that was successful.

friday i actually decided to go to forsyth tech since i hadnt been all week. when i got home i had a text message from spencer that said he went to the emergency room thursday night. of course im freaking out and when i finally got a hold of him, he told me that he had fallen down the stairs like an old man and bruised up his back real bad. and later that afternoon sarah and i wer on our way to myrtle beach with my family for my final cheerleading competition FOREVER. and last night while walking on the beach sarah and i met 2 guys. one was really drunk. and the other well wasnt and very attractive. they started talking to us because i was wearing my Belmont abbey got monks? sweatshirt and they were asking me about it. so we eneded hanging out with them for a few hours on the beach. they were marines from Camp lejune and on leave. sarah and i finally left them when they asked for our number. we told them if they want to see us again they will be out on the beach again tomorrow night .

and now im just relaxing until i have to compete later on today.
